Most of what we sell is 3D-printed to order, and many items are personalised (custom text, colours, sizes). Because these are made specifically for you, we're generally unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your options, especially any custom text, before ordering, as we print exactly what's entered.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right with a replacement, reprint, or refund as appropriate. Please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the issue where possible.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Those guarantees apply regardless of anything stated here. For example, goods must be of acceptable quality and match their description.
As items are made to order, please allow a few business days for production before dispatch. We'll keep you updated, and you're welcome to email us any time for a status update on your order.
